How to Log your Kilometers

Connect your fitness app

1. Using your device, download FitBit, Strava or Map My Fitness.

2. Click on the 'My Fitness Activity' Tab and you will see a ‘Connect your preferred fitness app’ section, then click your chosen app.

3. Follow the prompts to connect your account.

4. When you’re about to start your run or walk, select ‘start your workout’ on your phone the app, save your workout when you're done and your distance will be added to your page tally the next day.
Log your kms manually

1. Login to your Red Socks Run account.

2. Click on the 'My Fitness Activity' Tab.

3. Scroll down to 'Add Activity', enter the date and distance of your activity and click the 'Save Changes' button.

4. Now you can see your km's added to the virtual map.
