My Red Socks Run for Kidney Health
This October, I’m going to Red Socks Run as life depends on it.
During October I will be aiming to run 60+ km to help bring awareness to chronic kidney failure.
Working in a haemodialysis unit, I see the impact kidney failure has on the lives of so many people.
Our patients on average spend 60 hours each month connected to a dialysis machine.
I hope to bring further awareness about chronic kidney failure for my patients and all those who are affected by this on a daily basis.
Please help this cause by donating to my page to raise funds for research into life-saving treatments, and provide support to the families of the 66 Australians that lose their life each day to kidney disease.
