My Red Socks Run for Kidney Health
This October, I’m showing up—not just for every renal unit and patient—but as one of the 15,000 Australians currently on dialysis. I know firsthand what it means to spend 60 hours each month tethered to a machine, and I’m moving towards a future where that’s no longer the norm.
Urgent action is needed to slow the progression of kidney disease and ultimately stop it. Every dollar raised, every kilometre logged, every step we take brings us closer to a future without dialysis.
Join me to honour the time, the sacrifice, and the strength of every person on dialysis—including me—and together we can Move for them, Move for change, and Move for hope.
Please donate to support a better future for people with kidney disease.
