Red Socks Challenge 2026

My Red Socks Challenge for Kidney Health

People on dialysis spend around 60 hours every month connected to a machine.

As someone recently diagnosed with the disease myself, I face this possibility for my future, and I live alongside my Mum and several other family members living with the disease, including my beautiful late Grandmother who spent 8 years on dialysis.

This October, I have
committed to the Red Socks Challenge, to stand with other Australians living with kidney disease.

I will be taking on 60km in October to honour the hours spent on dialysis - raising awareness and helping fund better care.

Please donate to support a better future for people with kidney disease.
