My Red Socks Run for Kidney Health
This October, I’m going to Red Socks Run as life depends on it.
By running, walking, or riding 300km I want to raise awareness of the 60hrs that people affected by kidney disease need to spend on dialysis each month.

Tuesday 8th Oct I hope my find raising can help a family. Having my dad passed away and knowing the limited machines, over worked nurses and the countless hours driving to get to a machine.I just hope that anything raised here will help another family still surviving.
