This October, I’m showing up for every renal unit, every patient and moving towards a future without dialysis.  

There are over 15,000 Australians on dialysis, and that number is rising. That’s why urgent action is needed now - to slow the progression and ultimately stop it. 

Every dollar raised, every km logged, every step we take brings us closer to a future without dialysis.

Join me to honour the 60hrs a month someone spends on dialysis and together we can Move for them and Move for change!

Thank you all for supporting me on this challenge. I have achieved the goal i set for myself and will keep going till the end of month.

Wow, I did it. Completed my 60km goal. Thank you to everyone who donated and encouraged me along the way.
As some will know, I started this as it has hit close to home this year. With my husband starting his own dialysis journey, choosing to do PD every night for 8 hours.
I hope I have helped raise awareness, and support for those in need.

Monday 13th Oct
I'm doing this challenge for my husband. He lost his Kidney function due to high blood pressure. 
He had no signs or symptoms. It was a sudden shock to our world.
3 weeks in Royal Melbourne Hospital, 
Now home and on dialysis every night for 8 hours.
I'm doing this to hopefully help raise some awareness.
