My Red Socks Challenge for Kidney Health
People on dialysis spend around 60 hours every month connected to a machine.
This October, I’ve committed to the Red Socks Challenge to stand with Australians living with kidney disease — and to honour my beautiful nanna, who bravely faced Fibrillary Glomerulonephritis and recently received a life‑changing kidney transplant. Her strength, resilience, and hope remind me why awareness and support matter so deeply.
I’ll be taking on 60km in October to represent the hours spent on dialysis every month — raising awareness and helping fund better care, better research, and better futures for people living with kidney disease.
Please donate to support a brighter, healthier future for all Australians affected by kidney disease.
