Our Red Socks Challenge for Kidney Health
We are a team of renal healthcare professionals taking on the Red Socks Challenge this October ❤️🧦
Every day, we have the privilege of caring for people living with kidney disease and seeing firsthand the strength, resilience and courage it takes to live with dialysis.
For many people with kidney failure, haemodialysis means spending around 60 hours every month connected to a dialysis machine.
So this October, we're taking on 60km to honour those 60 hours.
Every kilometre we complete is for our patients, their families, and the thousands of Australians whose lives are affected by kidney disease.
We may work beside the dialysis chairs, but our patients are the ones doing the hard yards — treatment after treatment, week after week. This challenge is our way of standing alongside them.
Together, we're raising awareness and funds to support better kidney care and a better future for people living with kidney disease.
❤️ 60km for 60 hours.
🧦 For our patients. For their families. For a better future in kidney care.
Please support our team by donating, sharing our page, or cheering us on throughout October. Every kilometre and every contribution counts.
