My Red Socks Challenge for Kidney Health
People on dialysis spend around 60 hours every month connected to a machine, or do dialysis themselves at home every day or every other day.
This October, I have committed to the Red Socks Challenge, to stand with Australians living with kidney disease.
I will be taking on 250 km of running in October to honor these many hours spent on dialysis - raising awareness and helping fund better care.
Please consider donating to support a better future for people with kidney disease!

Good work Muddo. Even though you could probably run those kms on a weekend, still a magnificent cause.
