Red Socks Run 2023

5kms to go

5kms to go to Reach 60kms

Another great Walk

Another great 5km walk along the coast

Pulling up our red socks for Kidney Health.

Andrew was very lucky after 2 years on dialysis to receive a life changing kidney transplant in March 2023. Andrew’s diagnosis was totally unexpected and we both remember the statistic given to us in a packed emergency room - 90% of kidney function can be lost with no symptoms for 1 in 10 Australians. As a family we will be forever grateful for the wonderful healthcare and options we had available to us and grateful for the ultimate gift.

This October, we're walking like a life depends on it

By walking 60km we want to raise awareness of the 60hrs that kidney disease patients need to spend on dialysis each month.

Please donate to raise funds for research into life-saving treatments, and provide support to the families of the 66 Australians that lose their life each day to kidney related diseases.

YOU can make a difference – Join us and help create a future where kidney health is a priority for all Australians.
