Our Red Socks Run for Kidney Health.
This October, we're going to Red Socks Run event like our life depends on it.
As some of you are aware Nick my brother n law who is also Dad to Liana & Domenic , husband to Carmel , Big Brother and Uncle to all our nieces and nephews. This journey for Nick has been a hard one and the wait for a kidney transplant can be a long one. Thankfully dialysis keeps him alive. Instead of just waiting idly , this October , were going to Red Socks Run as life depends on it.
By running, walking or riding 60km we want to raise awareness of the 60hrs that kidney disease patients need to spend on dialysis each month.
Please donate to our page to raise funds for research into life-saving treatments, and provide support to the families of the 66 Australians that lose their life each day to kidney related diseases.
