My Red Socks Run for Kidney Health with Moving Monash
This October, I’m co-hosting and representing the Monash Health Nephrology team - Moving Monash. I'm currently working as a Registered Nurse within the Dandenong Dialysis Unit.
By running, walking, or riding 60km with my workplace including both staff and patients. I want to raise awareness of the 60hrs that people affected by kidney disease need to spend on dialysis each month.
Donations are gratefully accepted!
However, I aim to inspire, support and encourage our patients and staff to participate in creating healthy habits with daily exercise for our physical and mental wellbeing.
