Why team Jimmy....
Daniel was diagnosed with kidney failure at 25 years young!
By 31 Daniel required dialysis to keep him alive, 5 hours a day 3 days a week in hospital having treatment, all while raising a young family.
Thankfully, Daniel received the life changing call 4.58am 26th October 2021, a telephone call we will never forget. We have a kidney for you!
27th October 2021 Daniel received a kidney transplant from an anonymous deceased donor .
Jimmy the kidney was a perfect match.
Our family will be forever grateful for Daniel's second chance at life. .
Daniel's donor & family are forever in our thoughts.
