Our beautiful Semaema Grace was one of over 25,000 people in Australia living with kidney failure. As yet, there is no cure. Dialysis or a kidney transplant are needed to stay alive.
In lieu of flowers, we would like you to consider giving to fund vital services and research to ensure that others affected with kidney disease can live their best lives.
Semaema volunteered tirelessly to promote organ donation in order to transform the future for all people she knew affected by kidney disease.
Thank you for your support!

Rest in Peace Semaema
In loving memory of Semaema & for all those who suffer from chronic illnesses.
She was a strong, beautiful person that filled the room with love. She will be dearly missed.
I got to know Semaema through 1way fm. She was so giving of her time, lovely, warm, funny, engaging, kind and so generous! To go through so much and to be so open and joyful was so inspiring. I'm so glad we could spend time together and became friends. Semaema shined so brightly. I am so sorry for your loss.
With heartfelt hugs knowing Semi is now pain free and with our Heavenly Father. Love from Larissa, Hayden, Brooke and Harry McInnes
My heart has always been drawn to Semaema from the moment we met! We sung together, we laughed together and I will be forever grateful to have been graced being in the presence of a true angel on earth. My thoughts, prayers and abundance of love goes to the Concord family, Semaemas son and all her friends, may her memory fill out hearts with joy and beauty everlasting Krystal ❤️

Sending the whole family our deepest sympathy and love at this time.
To my beautiful friend and the Cornford family. I as you know have known you all for many years on and off as life takes you to different towns and congregation's. My life would not be the same if it wasnt for the love and pray and support as Christian's you have bestowed upon me to live a life for Christ. Thankyou for sharing today with all of your church family, Sem was definitely one of a kind and will live on in all of us.
I met Semaema about 12 months ago and in that short time Semaema amazed me with her beautiful heart and warm personality. As part of a small group of women who came together for a few hours once a week, we cooked, we learnt about gardening, we made body scrub and we laughed and supported each other. Semaema will always hold a very special place in my heart and I am not sure if there are any words that can make things feel better for the Cornford Family, but your Semaema was certainly one special person and she will be dearly missed by many.
Sem had such a beautiful voice, a love of life and a fighting spirit in tackling her health issues. Her voice was such a gift and a blessing. The songs she sang while she walked on earth, touched hearts and encouraged others. Now she is with Jesus and family and friends are grieving. In time, may recordings of her joyful singing, give you all comfort, especially Ezekiel.
