Our Red Socks Run for Kidney Health - For Hayley
A LITTLE ABOUR OUR MISSION!
As we know in 2022 Hayley was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease which has now progressed to End Stage Kidney Failure & now requires a Transplant to survive. Hayley spends 60 hours monthly in Hospital on a Life saving Dialysis Machine. This run will help raise funds to hopefully find a cure one day for Kidney Disease and Research. Kidney Disease is such a debilitating life long chronic illness that not only affects Hayley directly but her young family & her toddler Sage. We hope by walking the 60km it shows you the true pillar of strength and resilience that comes from hard work, dedication & most importantly bring strong awareness to Kidney Health & Disease. Any Donation is greatly appreciated and will encourage Hayley on her journey to continue to spread awareness & share her story with people. Hayley is on a mission to change the trajectory of Kidney failure & we hope that one day she can furfil that post transplant by advocating for the Kidney Community whilst working doing Hair that she’s passionate for & raising her beautiful daughter Sage.

To my beautiful daughter Hayley, You will always bring love and light and awareness to those who need it the most in life with your gentle selfless nature in order to help those struggling ,nature of you as a woman. As your mother watching your journey and struggle in silence ,always with dignity,grace and no matter how hard your day is,you're always still trying to help others and being a wonderful mother to Sage. This illness is nothing short of heart breaking and has changed the course of your life forever,yet you refuse to let it defeat you no matter what it throws at you and you're my greatest inspiration.
