Our son/ brother James has a kidney disease that attacks his kidneys causing them to fail. He needs a kidney transplant, but unfortunately this disease will attack any new kidneys, so he will require many transplants throughout his lifetime.We as a family are either each riding, walking and running 60kms over the month of October:
