My Red Socks Challenge for Kidney Health

This one is incredibly close to home. ❤️

My brother-in-law Ben is currently on dialysis and waiting for a kidney transplant. Watching my sister Laura and Ben navigate this has made the reality of kidney disease incredibly personal for our whole family.

People on dialysis can spend around 60 hours every month connected to a machine. So this October, I’m taking on the Red Socks Challenge and moving 60km to help raise funds and awareness for Kidney Health Australia.

Most importantly, I’m doing it alongside my sister … because there was absolutely no way I was letting her do this one alone. ❤️

For Ben. For Laura. For our family. And for every family affected by kidney disease.
