Hi Everyone,
We as a family have decided in lieu of flowers we would fundraise in memory of our beloved Father. Dad best know as Tino or Cel peacefully passed on the 10th of September 2023.
As most of you know Dad was dialysis dependent since 2018, spending 3 days a week hooked up to a machine for 4hrs at a time. Travelling to and from the hospital became his new job after retiring and he would often refer to it as work. We are forever grateful as dialysis saved his life all those years ago and kept him going until it could not.
There are over 25,000 people in Australia living with kidney failure. There is no cure. Dialysis or a kidney transplant are needed to stay alive.
