Rod on the Run for Renal Health

By Rodney Littlejohn Join Me

Rodney had always led an active and busy life, balancing work, family, and personal commitments. Like many Australians, at the start he had little awareness of kidney disease and its often silent progression. In 2025, after medical testing, Rod was informed that his kidney function had significantly declined, marking the beginning of a life-changing journey.

Rod currently attends dialysis three times a week, for 4 hours at a time.

Motivated by a desire to raise awareness and support others facing similar struggles, Rodney and his team have committed to a 100 kilometer walk to raise funds for Kidney Health Australia. Through this walk, Rod aims to shine a light on kidney disease, encourage early detection, and contribute to vital research and support services.

There are over 25,000 people in Australia living with kidney failure. There is no cure. Dialysis or a kidney transplant are needed to stay alive.
Please support me and help fund vital services and research to ensure those affected can live their best lives.

Thank you for your support!
