My Red Socks Run for Kidney Health

This October, I’m going to Red Socks Run as life depends on it.

By walking 60km in the month, I want to raise awareness of the 60hrs that people affected by kidney disease (myself included) need to spend on dialysis each month.

Please donate to my page to raise funds for research into life-saving treatments, and provide support to the families of the 66 Australians that lose their life each day to kidney disease.

YOU can make a difference – Join me and help create a future where kidney health is a priority for all Australians.

Nearly go time!

Thursday 28th Sep
Hi friends!
Only a few days to go till we officially kick off Red Socks Run for Kidney Health.
I’ve been preparing for it by walking nearly every morning when I first get up. It especially helps me on my dialysis days. I often have little energy and brain power after a session, so if I’ve walked in the morning I know I’ve achieved something that day. Even though surviving a dialysis session is an achievement in itself!
I’ll be back in a few days!
Please donate if you can, or give my page a share! Thanks 👍👍
