Our 'Red Socks Run' for Kidney Health & Awareness.
This October, myself and my team (Vicki’s Crew) are taking part in the “Red Socks Run” we will be running, walking, or riding 60km to raise awareness of the 60hrs that people affected by kidney failure need to spend on dialysis each month.
Our team has been inspired by the courage & determination the beautiful “VICKI” herself. In June this year Vicki was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease, her "normal" life now includes dialysis twice a week until she can have a kidney transplant.
