Our Red Socks Run for Kidney Health.
This October, we're going to Red Socks Run like a life depends on it.
By running, walking or riding 60km we want to raise awareness of the 60hrs that kidney disease patients need to spend on dialysis each month.
For kidney failure, dialysis or a transplant are the only options. Having had someone in our family go through dialysis to now receiving a kidney donation, we know how precious our kidneys are. We'd like to help support and stand with all those affected by a kidney disease.
